Shipping is FREE anywhere in the world!
 
All items are wrapped in gift wrapping (a box with ribbon or a premium gift bag) before being sent.  That way they are ready to give!  If you are sending it directly to the recipient and would like me to include a note from you I would be happy to do that for no extra charge.
 
I am also happy to ship internationally and can answer any questions you might have about that.
 
All items take 7-10 days before they are ready to ship as they are made to order. 
If you need your item sooner, please let me know and I will try to accommodate all rush requests.

I strive towards perfection in all things I do, but also enjoy items that are handmade because they are never "perfect". I hope that you expect quality items but not machine made.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order, and I do not "store" your private information once the sale is completed. 
Payment
A 50% deposit is due for all custom orders.

All items will ship once payment is received in full and payment has cleared (in the case of e-checks, etc.).

I accept Paypal, Google Checkout, and RME for payment. If you'd like to use Google Checkout or RME, please include your e-mail address in the comments section along with your preference, and I will send you an invoice via Google or RME.

Nonpayment: Payment is required immediately.  If you are having a problem with the site, with PayPal, or need a few more days to make the payment, please let me know immediately so that we can solve the problem right away.
Shipping

I am happy to ship to any country in the world and do so frequently. I use the United States Postal Service and they are unable to track an item once it leaves the United States. Therefor, I cannot guarantee anything beyond that point, although I will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

All items shipped to US addresses will be tracked.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with an item you have received, you may return the item for a full refund of the cost of the item (not postage). I will not "discount" an item you wish to keep.

If your item is lost or damaged in the mail I will send a replacement item right away. I track all items and will confirm with the post office that an item has been lost or damaged.

If I have made a mistake in your order I will make every effort to correct it right away - please contact me immediately.

Guarantee - I strive to make extremely high quality items and offer a 30 day guarantee in which I will repair or replace any item that breaks or tears during the course of normal use.

Repairs: Toys do go through a lot of stress and wear with children and if you need a toy repaired after the 30 days I will be happy to do so for a nominal charge, no questions asked! (I grew up with 2 brothers and my dolls frequently got tugged on a little too hard!) My fee will be based on the actual repair on a case by case basis.
