Jacob's Elephant is made from the softest minky fabric I could find, in a beautiful silver
gray. His ears are lined with lime green satin fabric, to add interest and contrast in textures. He is 15 inches
tall, and his arms stretch out to a full 15 inches to give great big hugs. I have hand embroidered his eyes and smile
and he is 100% designed and handmade personally by me, Auntie Jill. And since all adored toys need washing at some point,
this elephant can go in the washing machine and dryer on cool settings.
I have never had the honor of meeting Jacob myself, but was asked to create a special toy for him - and his favorite
animal is the elephant. When I found out that he wanted an elephant I was flooded with memories of an elephant I had
as a child - mine had a pink tutu, but I thought green satin fabric ears would be more appropriate for Jacob. This elephant
was designed with as much love and happy thoughts as I could possibly pour into it.
